SureFire E2D LED Defender

The SureFire E2D Executive Defender is a high-intensity LED flashlight designed for self defense and tactical applications.

Like the E2D Defender, the E2D LED fetures Surefire's patented crenellated Strike Bezel and crenellated tailcap cover. These strike bezels are designed so the flashlight can be used as an enhanced self defense tool in close quarters situations.The E2D LED Defender® features a solid-state, two-stage light emitting diode that generates six times the output of a typical two-D-cell flashlight at its high setting and five lumens of useful light (enough to read a map or negotiate a dark path) on low.

The body is manufactured from aerospace grade aluminum with a Mil-Spec anodized black finish. The E2D LED features a O-ring seal that is weatherproof and water resistant. The tailcap on the E2D LED features a two-stage tail cap switch, press for momentary-on at high setting, release and press again (within two seconds) for momentary-on at low setting; click for constant-on at high-setting, click off and click on again (within two seconds) for constant-on at low setting.
