MTR Custom Slim-Line Deluxe Full-Size Pancake Holster
Designed for those who want a high quality pancake holster without the weight and size normally associated with a full size pancake holster. MTR Custom took their popular Deluxe Full-Size Pancake holster model and removed as much leather as possible to reduce the overall weight and size. The result is a comfortable and stable holster that rides close to body will offering a minimum footprint on the waistline. This model is designed for use as a strong side belt holster that can be worn on the hip (at the 3 o'clock or 9 o'clock for lefties) or just behind the hip. Manufactured from Grade A premium 5 to 6 ounce bull hide leather, the Slim-Line Deluxe Pancake model works well for concealment, range use, or any type of general carry.
The holster features belt slots that will fit any belt up to 1.75", and carry the holster slightly above the belt line with a mild forward cant.
The Pancake model is custom fitted to the specific weapon ordered and features a slight forward cant for better concealment. This model doesn't come standard with a bodyshield but one can be added if desired.

#1 - What is the difference between this holster and the Deluxe Full Size Pancake model?
The Slim-Line model is basically a simplified version of the Deluxe Full-Size Pancake model. The Slim-Line model uses a slightly thinner leather compared to the standard Deluxe model and any surplus leather is removed from the holster. The Deluxe Full Size Pancake holster is a better option for larger guns like a 4" revolver or Beretta 92.
#2 -Can I add a thumb break to this model?
Yes, you can add a thumb break at a slight extra charge.

PANCAKE HOLSTER - BETTER THAN EXPECTED
The MTR is much better than expected. The thickness of the leather and durable stitching is impressive for such a small pancake holster. I carry .380 Bodyguard that isn't that noticeable at work. Thanks for a Great product made in the USA! And for a little extra, I added the thumb snap. I'm really glad I did.

Outstanding Pancake Holster
This holster is phenomenal in comfort; was purchased for a Glock 45, which is a fairly large gun. Holster wears comfortably, and is outstanding in appearance, workmanship, and comfort. I recently purchased the same holster for my Colt Defender. GALCO has lost a customer!

Nice Holster
The leather and stitching are very good and the gun fits nice and snug. However, the slots for the belt were not as good. They weren't wide enough or long enough for a 1/4" thick x 1-1/2 wide belt. The belt would not fit through the slots, so I have been shaving them off until they can effectively slide through them without compromising the pancake effect. Additionally, the slots were not uniformly cut. One side was a bit wider than the other and the side walls were not cut in a straight line. The side walls were wavy. Otherwise, a good product.
