    • Beretta APX Centurion

    Based on the overall success of the APX pistol series, Beretta introduced a new APX variant in 2018 called the APX Centurion. The Centurion model was designed on the Beretta APX Compact frame but featured a more extended grip to accept higher-capacity magazines. The APX Centurion is designed for the concealed carry and home defense shooter who wanted an APX Compact sized pistol with higher round capacity.

    The Centurion model has proven to be popular law enforcement agencies as a duty firearm for plainclothes officers needing a smaller framed version of the APX without sacrificing round capacity. Plus, the Centurion will accept the longer magazines from a full-size APX as well.

    Like the APX Compact, the Centurion is available in 9mm and .40 S&W caliber options, including a reduced capacity version for use in magazine restriction states.

    In addition to the standard APX Centurion models, Beretta also offers the following Centurion variant models:

    • APX Centurion Combat – This model features a threaded barrel for use with a suppressor.
    • APX Centurion RDO – The RDO model is designed with a slide cut to mount a red dot or RMR optics.

    In terms of holsters, the Centurion handgun works well inside the waistband or outside the waistband. The smaller footprint hides well IWB but is equally comfortable being carried in a belt holster.

    What’s the difference between the Beretta APX and the APX Centurion?

    The only difference between these two Beretta APX versions is the Centurion has a slightly longer grip compared to the APX Compact. Otherwise, the slide width, barrel length, and overall length are exactly the same between both pistols.

    Do you offer a holster to fit the APX Centurion with a threaded barrel?

    In addition to being available for the standard APX Centurion pistols, any of the holster models listed below are also available in a version to fit the APX Centurion Combat model with a threaded barrel.

    Will the APX Centurion fit into a holster made for the APX Compact?

    Since the Centurion and Compact share the same barrel length and slide width dimensions, the Centurion will fit into a holster made for the APX Compact.

    Do you offer a holster to fit the APX Centurion RDO pistol with a red dot mounted?

    Any of the holster models featured below are available in a version to fit the Centurion RDO with a red dot or RMR optic mounted on the top of the slide.
