D417 Single Mag Carrier w/ metal clip
My go to for all my handguns
Excellent magazine carrier
Bought this for a Sig double stack, could not be happier. Quality was spot on, fit was there, only negative was belt clip could be a tad longer.
A little on the pricey side, but does the job.
Excellent magazine carrier
This is one of the best single magazine carriers I've ever had. I can place the magazine in facing either way, and it retains just the right amount of tension on it. The spring steel clip is _strong_! No chance of it ever coming loose. Worth every dime, and I highly recommend it.
Tight fit for Glock 43 mag
Just what I wanted right out of the box. Tight fit on mag and clip on/off very easy.
Excellent magazine carrier, just as described
Item just as described. Quality leather and fits the magazine snug but not loose.
Does just what it's supposed to do
Bought this to carry a spare magazine for a S&W M&P 9mm Shield. A different brand which I'd bought earlier was extremely difficult to slide down over my belt. This one had just enough additional angle at the bottom of the metal clip that it would start to slide over the belt rather than dig in (as my old one does.) AND there was just enough additional space between the spring clip and the leather of the holder that the spring lies flat against the belt, which the old one would not do. Now this holder is SNUG. I've tried some quick reload drills (thinking of using the Shield in an IDPA match, where magazine changes are the rule) and I really have to pull on the mag to get it out of the holder. Which just means that the mag is NOT going to fall out accidentally. So on the whole, it's a first rate piece of equipment.
The clip had perfect retention and after following directions for form fitting, it provided a perfect fit for my Taurus 709 Slim magazine. Headline say it all.
I have used Don Hume holsters for years and find you cannot find a better leather holster for the price
