The Don Hume PCCH model (which stands for Preferred Concealment Carry Holster) is considered Don Hume's top of the line IWB holster. Made for small to mid sized automatics and revolvers, the PCCH is designed to be carried inside the waistband on the strong side or behind the hip. This model attaches to the belt through 2 leather snap straps that utilize one way snaps. The loops themsleves will fit any belt up to 1 3/4" wide.
The PCCH features a reinforced holster mouth for easier re-holstering, and a bodyshield provides comfort between the weapon and user. This model is only available in the saddle brown color with black buttons.
How to tell if they holster model you are interested in is in stock: On the dropdown menu out beside each holster, there will be a notification if the holster is in stock or out of stock. In stock holsters will be marked as "In Stock" and out of stock holsters will be marked as "Preorder: 30 to 90 day ETA".
Some frequently asked questions about the PCCH holster model:
#1 - I see that Don Hume has my gun model listed as being available in the clip-in IWB model, but I don't see it listed for the PCCH model?
You are correct in the fact that Don Hume makes the PCCH for a smaller number of handgun models. With the PCCH, Hume predominately focuses on the most popular handgun models.
#2 - Why does Don Hume consider this model as the top of the line?
The number and type of features that are included on the PCCH led Hume to view it as their top of the line IWB model. It's also the only IWB model that Hume produces with a forward cant.
#3 - Are the straps available in any other configurations besides 3/4" wide?
Unfortunately, no. Don Hume only produces the snap straps in one size, which is 3/4" wide.
#4 - I know Hume also makes holsters in black, but I don't see the black color listed as an option?
The PCCH is one of the few holster models where Hume only offers it in one color: saddle brown.

this is the second PCCH I have owned for my S&W J frames. (dog got one of them) perfect marriage of holster to frame IMO.

This holster works great with my Beretta 92FS and is great in terms of quality and workmanship, fits beautifully for snug retention with a smooth draw, and is extremely comfortable to wear, which is rare for an IWB holster with a full-sized handgun. The bodyshield on this holster prevents any jabbing or irritation from the sights or safetly/decocker on my pistol. There was a minor snafu in the order unrelated to Gunner's Alley and Brad took care of everything professionally and quickly while maintaining constant contact.
I have a dozen or so Don Hume holsters and mag pouches, you just can't beat the price for the quality, and have ordered from Gunner's Alley for over a decade. They are my first stop on the internet when I need holsters, belts, or mag pouches.

Still breaking this holster in but it is comfortable and the belt loops are more secure than the clip of an H715M-WCS I had for a slightly different pistol. It seems to ride a little higher than the clip since the loops need about 1/2" for stitching. Different feel for me but it tucks in better.

The perfect IWB holster for concealed carry.
Belt loops could be spread 1/2" to hold the perfect placement on the waistline.Good conditioner and wear will soften and shape it for the ride.

Really great leather holster. I darkened it up a bit with mink oil. Soft and supple now.

Don Hume holsters have alway been quality kit. i have owned several for much longer than I'd like to admit. The only criticism I have is the belt loops are closer together than other gun models of their IWB holsters I have.

Gunners Alley provided excellent customer service. The Holster concealed well and functioned well. I wore it for 5 hours with comfort. Great holster. I am happy with Gunners Alley and the Don Hume holster.

I bought this one for a spare. I've used it's twin since 2009. Outstanding fit & hold! I want to make sure if something happened to mine I had a replacement handy.
